How Our Airport Transfer Prices Work

You get a fixed price when you book, before you pay. It does not change if traffic is bad or the journey takes longer than planned.

Four things set the price: the distance, the car you choose, the time you travel and any extras, such as a child seat or an extra stop. The quote form shows the total straight away.

Waiting beyond the free hour is charged, and we tell you before that happens, not after. These come with every booking:

Before you land, your driver checks your flight. They know if you are early, late or on time, and they plan around it.

After you clear passport control and collect your bags, walk through to the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting there with a board showing your name. They take your bags, walk you to the car and you leave without a queue.

Getting to the Birmingham Airport Terminal on Time

Airlines usually advise arriving two to three hours before a short-haul flight and at least three hours before a long-haul one. Tell us your flight time and we set the pickup to fit, with the drive added in.

We collect from your door, whether that is a home, office or hotel. Your driver arrives a few minutes early, helps with your bags and drops you at the terminal.

Example: your flight leaves at 7:30 am and you live in Coventry, about 25 minutes away. You want to be at check-in by 5:00 am. We book your pickup for 4:15 am. That covers the drive and a safety margin.

Airports can charge for dropping off at the terminal forecourt. Ask us before you travel and we will tell you what applies on the day.

Flying home late? Book the return at the same time. Your driver will have your landing time on file.

Flights do not always go to plan. That is why we track every one. If your plane lands at 2 am instead of midnight, your driver is there at 2 am. You do not need to call us.

If you have a special request, tell us when you book. It is much easier to plan ahead than to fix it at the airport.
