Many of our bookings link one city centre to another. A typical trip might start at a Birmingham office and finish at a hotel in Manchester, Nottingham or Leeds. You don’t need to change trains or book a second car at the other end. Your chauffeur picks the best motorway route on the day and checks traffic before you set off.

The E-Class suits up to three passengers with three bags. The S-Class gives you extra rear legroom for a first-class ride. The V-Class takes up to seven people and their luggage.
Each car carries free bottled water, and onboard Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Want a coffee stop halfway? Tell us when you book and your driver will plan a break at a services. You can also ask for a quiet ride if you’d like to rest.
Clear, Fixed Pricing for Long Distance Journeys
We quote one price for the whole trip before you book. It covers the drive, your chauffeur and the vehicle you choose. The price won’t rise because of slow traffic or a busy bank holiday weekend.
A few things shape the quote: the distance, the vehicle size, any extra stops and whether you need a return leg. Routes into London include ULEZ in the price, and we add Clean Air Zone charges where they apply. For a day with several stops and no set timings, hourly chauffeur hire may work out better than a fixed transfer. We’ll tell you which suits your plans.

Your price is fixed before you travel, so it won’t change with traffic. You also choose the vehicle, and your driver is licensed, DBS-checked and named before the day. A long distance taxi booked on the day may be metered, and you won’t know which car turns up.
