Terminal 2 — The Queen's Terminal

Terminal 5 — British Airways' Home
Heathrow’s busiest terminal. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included on international bookings.
Always confirm your terminal before you travel. T4 and T5 are not connected to T2 and T3 on foot — getting this wrong can cost you 20-30 minutes.

For departures: the question is whether you’ll actually make check-in on time. We work back from your flight time, your terminal, and realistic traffic for that hour, with buffer built in so a slow M4 doesn’t turn into a sprint through security.
For arrivals: the question is whether anyone will actually be there. We track your flight from departure, so gate changes, early landings, and delays are already accounted for. 60 minutes of waiting time is included on international flights, 45 on domestic, so you’re not paying extra for a slow queue at immigration.

How many terminals does Heathrow actually have?

How will I actually recognise my driver at the airport?

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track it from the moment it takes off and adjust your pickup time automatically, in both directions. A reasonable wait after landing is already built into the fare, so you’re not charged extra for a slow queue at immigration.
Will I be charged for ULEZ if I book a chauffeur?
No. Every vehicle in our fleet meets the required emissions standard, so the ULEZ charge that applies to non-compliant private cars driving into Heathrow doesn’t apply to your booking.
How does pricing and cancellation work?
You get a fixed fare agreed before you travel, so traffic on the M4 or a delay at security doesn’t change what you pay. There’s no tipping expectation either. For cancellations, the earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we can offer.
Is a child seat included, or is that an extra charge?
Included. Tell us the child’s age when you book and the correct seat is fitted before you arrive, at no extra cost.
Do you provide a receipt I can use for expenses?
Yes, every trip comes with a VAT receipt automatically, so there’s nothing to request afterwards.
