Heathrow has four active passenger terminals, and each one works slightly differently. Here’s what to expect:
Terminal 2 — The Queen's Terminal
Used by United Airlines, Lufthansa, Air Canada, Swiss, and others. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall at the signposted meeting point, holding a board with your name. They’ll help load your bags straight away, so you’re not pulling a heavy case across the terminal on your own.
Terminal 3 — International Arrivals Hub
Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Delta, American Airlines, Qantas, Cathay Pacific. This hall gets busy with long-haul arrivals, so your chauffeur confirms your exact meeting point by text as you clear customs, rather than leaving you to search a crowded area. They’ll take the luggage trolley from there and walk you straight to the car.
Terminal 4
Used by Qatar Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Korean Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines. T4 sits apart from the other terminals, so your chauffeur is briefed to wait there specifically, not somewhere more central. Flights from this terminal are tracked from departure, so an early landing or a delay is already accounted for by the time you’re through passport control.
Terminal 5 — British Airways' Home
Heathrow’s busiest terminal, so arrivals can take a while to clear. Your chauffeur waits in the hall with 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time included on international bookings, and you’ll have their direct number if the crowd makes it hard to spot each other straight away.
Always confirm your terminal before you travel. T4 and T5 are not connected to T2 and T3 on foot — getting this wrong can cost you 20-30 minutes.

We track it from the moment it takes off and adjust your pickup time automatically, in both directions. A reasonable wait after landing is already built into the fare, so you’re not charged extra for a slow queue at immigration.
Will I be charged for ULEZ if I book a chauffeur?
No. Every vehicle in our fleet meets the required emissions standard, so the ULEZ charge that applies to non-compliant private cars driving into Heathrow doesn’t apply to your booking.
How does pricing and cancellation work?
You get a fixed fare agreed before you travel, so traffic on the M4 or a delay at security doesn’t change what you pay. There’s no tipping expectation either. For cancellations, the earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we can offer.
Is a child seat included, or is that an extra charge?
