Birmingham Airport is around ten miles away, roughly fifteen minutes in normal traffic. We track your flight before you land, so a delay on your end doesn’t cost you extra and there’s no queue to find a driver once you’re through arrivals.

The Belfry hosts the British Masters from 26 to 30 August 2026, with the Pro-Am on the Wednesday and the tournament running Thursday to Sunday. It’s the busiest week of the year at the resort, and the logistics change because of it.
General spectator vehicles and taxis aren’t permitted at the main hotel entrance during the event. Everyone is routed off the motorway to a public car park, then walked in via a temporary footbridge. A free shuttle also runs from Birmingham International train station on event days if you’re arriving by rail.
Hospitality and VIP guests are usually allocated separate reserved parking, roughly one space per two guests, which may sit closer to the venue depending on the package. We’d recommend confirming the exact arrangement with your hospitality provider ahead of time and passing the details to us.
The bigger value on tournament days isn’t the drive there, it’s the collection afterwards. With around 50,000 people trying to leave at once, mobile signal in a packed car park is unreliable, and roads around Sutton Coldfield get heavy fast. Agreeing a fixed pickup point and rough time before play starts saves standing around at the end of a long day.
