How Much Does an Event Chauffeur Cost?
There’s no single price, because each event is different. The main factors are the distance to the venue, the vehicle you choose and how long the chauffeur waits. A return trip with waiting time costs more than a one-way drop-off, but it saves you finding a second car late at night.
We agree the full price before you book, so it won’t change on the day. For longer days with several stops, hourly chauffeur hire may work out better. Send us your plans and we’ll suggest the best option.
When Should You Book an Event Chauffeur?
Book as soon as you know your event date. Race days, big concerts and the December party season fill up quickly, and the larger vehicles go first. For major sporting dates, two to three months ahead is a sensible target.
We also take short-notice bookings when a car and driver are free. Tell us the venue, the start time and when you expect to leave. If someone else is travelling, add their names and mobile numbers. These details help us plan the right pickup point and avoid back-and-forth on the day.
